It is not a flashlight as I previously thought. It also only works intermittantly as it needs to rest the device that senses movement. Batteries probably need to be changed. Also the batteries inside are old and may not work so just take a small flat head screwdriver and pop the plastic bottom thing that says on off and buy new batteries on ebay. This item is almost 15 years old and is a $1.00 store item so not much can be expected of it. If you change or clean the batteries it will work fine.
