Description: For sale is a customized WORKING Regi Doll Decoration Present e-Card which was a promotional e-Reader card allowing players to obtain the three legendary titans - Regirock, Regice, and Registeel - as secret base decoration dolls.The Regi Doll Decoration Present was a promotional Pokémon e-Card exclusive to residents of Japan for a limited time between June and August of 2003. Players would have to submit an application to be entered into a lottery campaign where they would have the chance to win the Regi Doll Decoration Present.This was an extremely rare and sought-after e-Card as only 100,000 copies were advertised to be printed. Additionally, the western world never got to see this item as it was cut short in production due to the e-Reader being discontinued outside of Japan shortly after in 2004.Although this e-Card was only available in Japanese if players wanted to obtain the Regi Dolls on their English counterparts of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire they could do so by mixing records with a Japanese copy of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire containing the Regi Dolls.You are now able to scan, register, and play through the Regi Doll Decoration Present event in Japanese or English What You Will Receive:1 x Custom Regi Doll Decoration Present e-Card (Japanese OR English)This card has 2 dot code strips required to be scanned to load the event into the e-Reader.The best part is that the e-Reader code works! If you own an e-Reader you can go ahead and scan the included Regi Doll Decoration Present and see for yourself that it will read the event. The event requires you scan the 2 dot code strips to load. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - it might take a few scans to make sure that each ENTIRE dot code is captured clearly, but it WILL read it! I say this because even with the original Japanese Regi Doll card that I have the e-Reader+ did not detect the scan immediately and it would require several swipes, so yes - it is NORMAL that it does not read on the first try. The speed at which you swipe the dot code strip is important as well as it cannot be too fast nor too slow.Lastly, PLEASE ensure you pay attention to the ORIENTATION of the GBA LINK CABLE as it is very important for when sending the Regi Doll to your respective game! If you find yourself not being able to transfer the Regi Doll it is most likely that you need to reverse the orientation of the GBA link cable ends as one of them is the RECEIVER and the other is the SENDER. The dot code is printed on high quality glossy photo paper where the code will not rub off easily. Pictured above is a close-up of the dot code block.
