Description: Pocket Barometer Short & Mason Tycos - London, England Original Leather Case - made for Bonschur & Holmes Philadelphia Circa 1920's This vintage Short & Mason "Tycos" pocket barometer (compensated for temperature) is in very fine condition with a recent lube and calibration. The barometer is functioning properly and keeping good pressure readings. Silvered dial is clean and has a nice patina. It is calibrated in inches with a rotating altimeter ring (0'-10,000'). Gilded brass case has a loop top ring is in very nice condition with a clear beveled lens. This pocket barometer also has it's original leather stand case, it's a bit tattered but still serves its purpose. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
