Acquired from the original owner who had this at their North Bend Wa hunting cabin since 1946/47!Plumb Victory axe was created in the mid to late 1940's to commemorate the end of WWII. Overall length is 27.5 inches.Weight is 3.5 lbs.The wooden handle is smooth like butter with original patina.It's only overt flaw is the damage on the butt of the handle as seen in photos.The axe head itself does have some dimples from being "hammered". Plumb quality won't disappoint.
