Description: Modern Red Roof Dollhouse #3965. Approx measurements: 30" length/across x 14" tall/height x 16" width/front to back. Online 16-page building instructions are dated 2000 Geobra. I assembled mine from those instructions and found there are pieces missing. The family, the dog, and the 2 plants by front door, I added from spare pieces that I had. They are not original to this playset. I used 2 purple brackets to balance the posts for the deck for photos, original pieces are missing. It has been taken apart for shipping as shown in the photos showing the parts and pieces. It comes exactly as shown; I do not have any other pieces. Some pieces have discolored and this is incomplete but functional as shown. Very sturdy with parts locking into each other! Please judge for yourself from photos. Condition: Comes as shown.
