Description: This is a fairly pristine issue of Playboy from January 1990, featuring an interview with Tom Cruise, and articles on Ted Turner, AndyWarhol, and Andrew Dice Clay. Peggy McIntaggart is the Playmate, and of course there are plenty of other photo modeling treatments. This magazine is as it was originally received via mail in its original plastic wrapper, complete with "blow-in" cards. We've obscured the name and address of the original recipient in the photos, but otherwise have tried to accurately indicate its condition in the images (check them out). Please note that combined product amounts over $35 on a single order from our store get a shipping rebate. We acquired this issue in an estate sale. It was among a variety of magazines the original owner had received, had presumably viewed once, then put away. Until we prepared to take the photographs you see here, we don't think the issue had been outside its wrapper more than once since it was first received. Also, we probably don't need to mention this but, If you are a collector, we strongly advise you discard the original plastic wrapper for the sake of protecting the magazine going forward. There are archival-grade protectors out there -- think Mylar, or any of the sleeves sold to comic-book collectors -- but the original plastic mailing cover is definitely not of that quality and will eventually harm the covers of the magazine inside.
