This house is the cream side with "chocolate brown roof" & gloss brown trim. One of the most desirable color combination and "hard-to-find" kits. This kit is in "excellent" condition with NO breaks, cracks, or missing pieces. This is a very hard-to-find color version for this 1 1/2 story rancher.This house is a 1956 release color version and 2nd box style used in the 1950's. This IS the correct and original box (labeled brown on the front panel) for this 1 1/2 story rancher.The original instruction sheet is also included. The box is in "very good," condition for it does have signs of use and wear.Still a very nice collector's piece! The plastic parts to this item are ALL original from the 1956 release issue. I continue to purchase vintage Plasticville collections with many items in their original boxes.
