Description: This is a 3 map offering which shows where many of the homeowners resided in the Township of Pittstown, Rensselaer County, New York in 1876. These fine maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment and are 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat. The pictures provided only show portions of the actual maps! Please contact me with any questions! Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Pittstown Township which include the towns and villages of Tomhannock, Johnsonville, Pittstown, Raymertown, Boytonville, Millertown, Lincolnville and Valley Falls. Due to large areas covered by the maps, many of the names of the homeowners are quite small. Truly a great matching set. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor picture however it's clearly detailed on the actual maps! Some of the surnames which are printed are Reed, Brother, Ryan, Cornell, Tillinghast, Tyler, Akin, Gray, Nutting, Chase, Shedd, Brundage, Baucus and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the maps are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams. It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors! Multiple purchases can be combined for one shipping charge! Please check out my other listings for many other fine old town maps! I have all of the towns and villages of Rensselaer County available. These maps make wonderful gifts and really are quite the conversation piece. SPECIAL-------BUY ANY 3 LISTINGS OR MORE AND RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING! Add a map to your own listings. FREE Trial!
