I am not the original owner. I do not know if original owner ever serviced this item. I have been testing the unit and all functions work as expected. The only thing that seemed unusual during testing is that I had to press a button for the dvd tray to load (either on unit or on remote), but the usual "nudge to close" method did not work. This might be normal, but just wanted to mention since lower end units normally nudge close. I will try to get get some better pictures in better lighting ... but overall, very few scrapes on this unit, it looks well cared for, overall excellent condition but not mint.
