Description: Pikestuff HO scale modern 2 story off building kit from the kitbasher series. The kit assembles into a 7" x 51/2" (51' x 40' scale) office building or it can be used for a variety of other uses. The kit made of an easy to cut plastic with cutlines lines inside the walls so door and window locations are entirely up to the builder, other cuts not using the cutlines may be needed for some doors and windows. The kit includes entry doors, windows and downspouts. This structure is in kit form and must be assembled. It is molded in blue and white plastic. Item number 541-5002. New item in package. Shipping Items ordered and paid for before noon EST Monday-Friday and shipping by postal service will be shipped the same day. Items ordered after noon EST M-F will be shipped the next day.
