The souvenir building is cast in metal with a grey finish and very good detail. The bell is embossed "1776" on one side and "1926" on the other. The base reads "THE SESQUI-CENTENNIAL -PHILADELPHIA - 150 YEARS OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE". The Liberty Bell bank is made of cast iron and is embossed "THE OLD LIBERTY BELL - SESQUI-CENTENNIAL - 1926" on the front, and "PHILADELPHIA - MDCCLIII - PROCLAIM LIBERTY - 1776" on the back. The coin slot is on the side and the single screw release is on the back. The paperweight stands 3" tall by 2.75" wide by 2" deep, and weighs 1/2 lb.
