Description: Philadelphia Directory For 1798 - Cornelius W. Stafford (HC) (Rare) (Ex-Lib) This book is in generally good condition. The binding is strong, and all pages are intact. This is an antique pre-owned book and does show some signs of age, storage, or having previously belonged to a library collection such as stamps, stickers, or small notations. The hardcover has significant rubbing and other signs of shelving but is sturdy and protective. I believe that this is the original binding, but as there are no examples available online, I can not be certain. The binding is tight, so it doesn't like to spread fully, but the pages are in very solid shape. There are some very minor and uncommon areas of age spotting or slight discoloration, but overall, the pages are in great shape. They aren't particularly delicate or loose at all.
