This area was heavily hunted over 50 years ago similar to Wyoming Jade with most great pieces like this being picked up a long time ago. This Petrified Wood is found in the Wagonbed Formation of Fremont County, Wyoming in what we call the Ancient Petrified Pandanus Forest Zone near Beaver Rim.
