The Combo lock is still installed. as seen in picture #8, but is lacking the latch that connects the two halves of the case. that is what makes it unable to lock. The pelican case still latches with the two latches on each side of the combo lock watertight shut. hot glue underneath the liners to hold liner in place. There is glue and foam residue on both halves of the liners.
