Paul McCartney and John Lennon have signed the agreement as directors of Maclen (Music) Limited and J.W. Clement has signed as manager of Maclen (Music) Limited. Richard Starkey (Ringo Starr) has signed on behalf of Pyramid Records Limited, which is owned by Ringo. Paul has signed in blue ballpoint pen and John signed in black ballpoint. Ringo signed in red felt tip marker. The document is dated February 11, 1975 and is an agreement between Maclen (Music) Limited and Pyramid Records Limited for a non-exclusive license allowing Maclen to use Ringo's name in the U.K. for 4 years for the money specified. The document and signatures are in excellent condition. Authenticated by PSA/DNA and comes with their full letter of certificiate of authenticity and matching hologram on the LOA (#OO1383).
