Description: Pasadena TX HPVOH Project Bechtel SA Belt Buckle Kozas Vtg 90s Anacortes ...an awesome old 1991 Safety Award belt buckle from Pasadena, Texas, Bechtel Construction, H-PVOH Project, "One Million Safe Hours". This is a solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made by Anacortes Brass works, for Koza's Inc., of Pearland, Texas. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina and some minor wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 4.6 oz.
