Description: These two beautiful Wire Hair Fox Terrier figurines are vintage, from the 1950's and were given to me when I was 11 years old in 1955 by my grandmother who was trying to help heal my broken heart at the family having to place our wire hair girl in a new home because we were moving. I have treasured them all these years and hope that now someone else will too. I'm sorry I can't say for sure if they are porcelain or ceramic, but I believe they are ceramic. Each figurine is marked "Japan" on the bottom of one foot. The larger one is 3 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" in length; the smaller one is 2 3/4" tall and 3 1/4" in length. Considering they are at least 70 years old, both are in excellent condition with no chips.
