This edition, however, is a great blend of devotional and academic content. The leather is flexible, but quite thick. Not the easiest to find these days, it has an excellent text block with rather thick paper. Easily readable typeface. The bonded leather binding is surprising in that it appeared at first to be a genuine Berkshire to me. The binding appears in unused condition. Some pages stuck together, so it wasn’t used much. Aside from one slightly prominent scratch on the side of the page edges, it’s practically mint. I found no writing at all, though I did find where the top of the first two blank free end pages were not cut properly in the manufacturing process, causing them to stick together at the top.
