This auction is for a GREAT & GOOD LOOKING GROUP OF SIX (6) unique, historic and hard to find SILVER (SOME, & POSSIBLY ALL, STERLING SILVER) and GOLD TONED PIECES OF JEWELRY. FOUR (4) of these pieces of jewelry ARE “TIE TACKS”. ONE (1) is a “CHARM” with a “loop”on it to put it on a bracelet, necklace, etc., The last piece of jewelry is a “PIN” with a clasp to hold it onto clothing or wherever someone may try to mount it. Also included, is a good looking plastic American Airlines collectible pin that I believe was typically given by the airlines to young passengers. THESE ARE ALL EXCELLENT, AUTHENTIC AND RARE KEEPSAKES . Most all of these items come in plastic cases that, for the most part, I believe are their original packaging. The plastic cases appear to be in very good condition with the exception of a fairly small crack in the top cover of the red plastic case that holds the gold toned airliner. That area is shown in at least one of the photographs with this listing. I believe that all of the plastic display cases with black bottoms are original to the items inside. I put one of the jet fighters into a plastic display case, with a gray colored bottom, that appears to be marked Balfour on the bottom. I do NOT believe that is the original display box for that item and I do not believe that Balfour manufactured the jet fighter inside that case. However, I DON’T KNOW FOR SURE. I do know that the jet fighter pieces of jewelry are very popular, highly sought after and quite desirable to have. In any event, I took the maximum number of photographs that I could to allow the new owner of these cool items to evaluate the description and conditions of each of these items for themselves. Please use the “ZOOM” feature to look closely at some of the details (including a great deal of printing) that is visible in most of the photos of these items.
