Description: Our Lady of the Rosary of San Nicolas Single Decade RosaryThis circular-style single decade rosary has a 7/8" round nickel silver centerpiece with an image of "Maria del Rosario de San Nicolas" on the front, with a triangle symbol of the Holy Trinity surrounded by 7 stars on the reverse which I believe symbolizes the seven sacramets. The 1-1/2" silver-toned Crown of Thorns crucifix has red enamel on the cross. Both the crucifix and the center were made in Italy; the chaplet itself was designed and handmade by me in our home in the USA.The 15 beads are all 8 mm, faceted and fire-polished Czech glass in rich jewel-toned colors. The thirteen Hail Mary beads are alternating garnet red and dark aqua blue. The 2 Our Father beads are emerald green. These messages were similar to those of Fatima, centering on devotion to the rosary, the building of the church and special graces from Our Lord Jesus which are symbolized by the Trinity & stars image on the reverse of the medal. The stars stand for the graces which Our Lord promised to bestow upon anyone who wears the medal. An inspiring story that reinforces the messages of Fatima and reassures us that the Blessed Mother is still at work for the salvation of the world. The apparitions were approved as "of supernatural origin" by the Catholic Church in 2016.The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of our customers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
