It is hand signed in pencil by Willy Seiler. there is some discoloration on the paper and has some little crinkles. there is a small stain on the upper left corner. this also comes with the original willy seiler folder. the folder has some discoloration. Artist Info:Willy Seiler was born and trained in arts in Germany. He left Germany in 1928 travelling through Europe and the world. After world war II he settled permanently in Japan where he lived in Karuizawa. Will Seiler created etchings and paintings and sold mainly to the members of the US occupation force in Japan.
