It was a one-story building with a hipped roof on its main facade, which housed a brewery with a motel. In 1846, it underwent reconstruction, which gave its entrance facade to Na Porici Street a new look. After the fire in 1863, another was made, in which a house sign with a swan was inserted above the crown cornice. The brewery was closed in 1901. There were stables and sheds in the courtyard of the house accessible through a passage. The garden adjoined the house from the back, where already in the second half of the 19th century there was a pavilion where dance parties were held and where folk singers performed. In 1907, the first international artistic cabaret Schoebel U Labute cabaret began operating here.In 1912, one of the brewery's cellars was also modified in the building for cabaret performances, which served as the U Bile Labute (At White Swan) entertainment venue. After the First World War, the cabaret was revived and this time it gained success among the audience. The Labut cabaret theater operated here until 1936, when it was expelled from the hall. The building was purchased by the Joint-Stock Company for Trade International with the intention of building a department store here. During the summer of the same year, the historic building was demolished. In its place, the Bila Labut commercial palace was built in a functionalist style according to the plans of the architects Josef Kittrich and Josef Hruby, which was inaugurated on March 18, 1939 (Theatre Architecture Eu).
