Please note that the upper-left corner has been torn off, and a piece of the corner has been taped back on (but some of it is still missing). In addition, the card has light yellowing from age, a few stains (including a larger one from tape at the upper-left), and a number of pin holes. There is some brown tape on the back of the card.
