Description: >Offered here is an old and original 1950's-1960's OREGON STATE COLLEGE felt pennant!! Please see all five photos, as they are an important part of my description. This vintage pennant measures an odd-sized 20 1/2" x 7", and was produced by the Pacific Athletic Company (Gardena, California), whose label remains intact on the pennant's reverse. The offered pennant features Oregon State Beavers school colors with soft black felt and orange felt trim along with four soft felt tassels. The "Oregon State" letters are flocked-on. Oregon State College is located in Corvallis, Oregon. Based on the maker's label, the pennant was most likely produced during the 1950's or early 1960's era when Oregon State College had not yet changed their name to Oregon State University. <>The offered pennant is one of many outstanding Oregon State University/Oregon State College and Oregon Agricultural College pennants I'll be offering from a collection I am breaking up; all are from the early 1900's through the 1960's, and all are unique in size and design with many rarities included! <>Condition: the pennant shows minor felt wear to the orange trim, as well as the black felt nearer to the pennant's tip.
