You'll have to pay import for both dead and replacement fish, as well as box and shipping of replacement fish, when we send your replacement. - For casualties that occur during re-shipping to your home, policy only if all the following criteria + You signed for the package on the first delivery attempt. + You provide us with clear picture proof of dead fish in unopened bag within 24 hours of receiving the package and a picture or video, DOA fish will be replaced by seller. If you CAN NOT provide those conditions, we WILL NOT replace or refund. Return and Refund will not including for this situation- Long tail fishes may have bite their tail while transporting. Don’t worry their will be better in about 1.5-2 month.
