Layers of wood are put together which creates the outside octopus shape. Inside are multi-layers of laser-cut stained wood in orange, navy blue, turquoise, pastel blue and natural. The front and back are stained a dark brown as shown in photos.Inside is a detailed land scene featuring palm trees, a Palapa/tropical-style dwelling, and clouds; then there is an underwater scene which features a dolphin, sea turtle, whale and plant life.
