STEP 2: CLEAN your lips and pat dry STEP 3: APPLY color on lips in single, fluid motion. Let dry. STEP 4: LAYER it on two more times. Let each layer dry completely. STEP 5: GLOSS it over with LipSense® Moisturizing Gloss to seal the color. **Reapply throughout the day** STEP 6: REMOVE any color mishaps or at the end of the day with Ooops remover.
