I think it was made by Zell for Saks Fifth Avenue but is unmarked other than USA. I think it is done in a brass or copper metal finish as it has tarnished green. I believe it could be shined up if desired. It is marked A B W A on the front an is shaped like a pocket watch. It measures 2 7/8” tall by 2 3/8” wide. This is a nice compact.
