Description: Up for sale is a Gorham sterling silver large master butter knife / spreader in the Chantilly pattern. This piece has an overall length of approximately 7 3/4" and weighs about 48 grams. The back of the handle is marked with Gorham’s signature mark (Lion, Anchor & “G”) Sterling and Pat. 95. This piece is in good condition and has been hand polished for your immediate use. It has a single letter fancy monogram on the front and a previous owner scribed numbers on the back of the handle. There are no bends with the surfaces having use and storage marks. On the blade are some heavier scratches and there is a tiny nick along the top edge of the handle. See photos for more detail and pardon the reflections.
