Nicely detailed. Offered framed in an ornate gold frame. I didn't see a signature but it could be under the frame. The over all measurements are 21 1/2" wide x 13 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" deep. The painting alone measures 16 1/2" wide x 8 3/4" long. In very good condition with some wear to the frame. (Also, it looks to be in the original frame.)
