How's that for trivia? The brochure is in Very Good condition. When closed it measures approx. 8 1/2" x 3 1/2", when fully opened it is approx. 19 1/2" x 16 1/2" and is cream-colored. This is an approx. 1 1/2" tear above "Official" (shown on the reverse side to the left of "Whitewater"). The front panel has some color loss at the bottom left-hand corner and center edge (under "Motor"); the back panel has an approx. 1/8" crease at the top left-hand corner, "M720 5-" is written in pencil at the top right-hand edge, the bottom right-hand corner has some color loss.
