Description: Observer Volume XXIII. Nos. 7-12: Along the Ontario Way, July-December 1988. On the following pages we would like to share with our fellow members a few of the photos which the Society has acquired in 1988. These and other pictures as well as linens blueprints and paper relative to the 0 &W are from a private collection purchased from a local railroadiana dealer. Through your membership support, the Society had the financial wherewithal to make the substantial outlay of moneys for their acquisition. The majority of the photos which follow are published here for the first time. We'll begin our journey at New Durham yard just above Weehawken Terminal, pass through the suburban towns of New Jersey enter New York State and continue through the Rockland County towns of Orangeburg Blauvelt and West Haverstraw. After switching to home rails at Cornwall we'll visit Firthclifle, Campbell Hall et al. and end this leg of our journey "Along the Ontario Way" at Middletown the home of the 0&W. Softcover, 32 pages, black & white photos throughout. Good overall condition with normal wear to the covers, please see photos. Shipping will combine automatically at checkout.
