If you’d like to exchange for an alternate product, please enclose a self addressed/pre-paid satchel for the return. We do not pay the postage. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect name/ shipping address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the postage to resend parcel. If we are using a courier, they can not deliver to an Australia Post Po Box. Please be aware that some parcel lockers and/or Woolworths, Big W etc stores only hold the item for up to 14 days and if it gets returned to us, because you haven’t collected, then its your responsibility to pay for it to be resent to you.
