Description: This hardcover copy of NOSTROMO A Tale of the Seaboard, dates to 1904 and was published by Harper & Brothers, Inc. New York. It appears to be a first printing with the notation that it was published in November, 1904. There is a small sticker inside the front cover indicating that it was purchased from Herrs Book Store in South Bend, Indiana. The previous owner's name is neatly penned inside. The binding is straight and the front cover board is just starting to come loose and you can see a bit of the webbing. The green cloth binding is bright with the gilt lettering equally bright. One important publication point includes the misspelling of Europe on Page 201. This book has been carefully stored on a shelf in my personal library in my non-smoking home.
