Description: New Old Stock, Pair of Banjo Chain Tensioner / Adjusters, fit up to 3/8" axle. 2 1/2" overall length. Good for Balloon Tire, Wood Rim, TOC, Track bikes, etc. Similar adjusters used on Prewar Elgin, Mercury and many others. Plated, possibly Nickel. First pictured are straight from the box, Second pic is after a few minutes in Evaporust. I believe these date to the 1930s.
