The GM parts book shows that the backup lamp kit is correct for all 1965 Chevrolet Belair,Biscayne models except for Station Wagon models. PLEASE NOTE THAT this kit is intended for use on an original automatic or a 3 speed on the column car. This kit comes with a 3 speed backup lamp switch for the 3 speed standard transmission models and uses the existing neutral safety switch on the automatic transmission models. ALSO NOTE THAT all the components in this kit with the exception of the backup lenses are correct for all Caprice and Impala model applications except for 4 speed models and Station Wagon models. PLEASE NOTE THAT we provide the applications listed in the GM parts books as a guide as to what the parts correct usage is but it is the buyers responsibility to do all the necessary research needed prior to making the purchase to ensure that the part is the exact item that is needed for your restoration.
