NN07 NN07 is a brand founded by Victor Lindh and Ulrik Pedersen and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. ‘NN’ stands for ‘No Nationality’ and the ‘07’ for ‘2007’ the year of the house’s launch. “A concept without limits, a brand without borders for individuals who walk their own paths and trust their destinations,” the guiding tenet of NN07. The design thrust, a minimalist approach utilising high quality fabrics with an overall quiet aesthetic. Listing Description The ‘Julius’ Jacket is toasty wool-blend of 68% wool, 17% polyamide, 10% polyester and 5% other fibres woven in Italy. A slightly boxy fit, the base colour is a warm off-white with a mélange of quartz pink, grey-blue, grey-green, tan and black check. Point collar and two lined front flap and buttoned patch pockets with top and side openings. Two interior lined breast pockets. The jacket is fully lined in a contrasting mocha brown satin. Secured with 7 corozo buttons, 5 at the front closure and 1 each at the pockets and one replacement spare. Corozo buttons are created from the seeds of the Tagua Palm native to South America — known also as Tagua Nut buttons or “Vegetable Ivory.” The five front closure buttons are installed with jigger (anchor, backer) buttons, a detail relegated to finer garments. Tagged ‘Large’ but perfect for ‘Medium’ as well, my normal size. I’m 5’11” 160lbs., ectomorphic build and it fits me nicely, albeit a bit more loosely and depending on your preference, the only issue may be sleeve length — the cuffs hit me at my knuckles which I don’t mind, a simple alteration at your tailor/seamstress if need be. A medium weight jacket perfect for layering with your favourite jumper (sweater), hoodie or over shirt. In good condition, no stains, tears, rips, odours nor repairs. The NN07 branding tag possesses a minuscule imperfection also evidence of where the tags were attached with the clothing tag barb.
