Description: Both screens are TN panels. Top screen is in good shape, lens has been professionally replaced with a glass lens replacement. (I only had yellow on hand when I replaced this) (The yellow bezel has some spots that are a bit darker from the glue) Bottom touch screen has a lot of wear. Two heavier scratches that can be seen and felt with the stylus. Also present are other moderate scratches and stylus marks. Overall touch screen works decently, scratches are more noticable on brighter scenes, solid colors, or if light reflects off of the unit. Please note that due to the scratches you may have to calibrate the touch screen. Joystick is in good shape but can sometimes stick if took much pressure it's applied. Top and bottom of unit has moderate marks and scratches to heavier scratches and paint wear Bottom of unit is missing serial number sticker. Inside of unit is in decent shape. Hinge is on the looser end. Hinge moves around a bit when shaken. Please note this is by design by Nintendo and not a flaw. Hinge has paint wear on both ends. Unit has been fully tested and works well. Includes: US console, 3rd party stylus, 3rd party USB charger, and 4gb memory card. Note: stylus is a bit tight in the unit but will become easier to remove with use. No games included. Item will be shipped in a well padded box
