There is a specific technique that requires you to push down on the cap while gripping it with the plier, then rotating back and forth until the cap is freed (rotating no more than 180 degrees in either direction to avoid ripping pads). You can rip pads so be very careful and practice on scrap boards before attempting this.Once the original caps are removed you will have to desolder and clean the pads before installation of this (keep in mind to desolder the original two legs from the original capacitors first, then copper braid the pad; don't use a cheap solder sucker, use braid).Add flux and position the cap in place on the pad, the flux will act like glue to keep the cap in place. Make sure the legs of the cap are positioned properly on the pads, this does not mean that cap labeling will be centered and oriented correctly, focus on the position of the legs on the pad, not the centering of the cap. Look at image #4 and you will notice that some caps look askew.The labeling of the caps may be different than what are shown in the ad; they are all genuine Panasonic capacitors from reputable US suppliers.All capacitors are sealed like as shown in the pictures. They will be placed in a reusable small anti-static bag.If the installation fails and you are absolutely sure that you did the installation correctly: check for physical board damage usually on the opposite side.
