No AV cables or HDMI included, nor is there an expansion pak or jumper pak so those would need to be purchased separately. However please note this is a great opportunity to get a working hard to find control deck! Console was tested with personal expansion pak and jumper pak with AV cables and everything works, so the console itself is in working order once complete. Controllers work though one is missing the joystick piece you hold onto and both are third party controllers. Please ask any questions ahead of time.
