Description: In overall good working condition with heavy signs of use/brassing on the exterior. About the camera: The camera was previously overhauled by KEH so everything now works perfectly. All shutter speeds down to 1 sec sound accurate to the ear. Film counter works properly, all buttons work properly, and the light meter reacts properly to light to looks to be accurate within 1 stop (or 2 at the *very* most, if the lighting conditions are especially challenging). I have relied on the camera’s light meter to shoot film and the photos all look to be properly exposed (photos can be shown upon request). Due to its age, the finder prism has some very minor desilvering going on, but it doesn’t affect viewing. The finder is otherwise clean and clear. The area near the viewfinder on the back should usually have leatherette, but looks to be replaced with electric tape. It doesn’t affect any function, and all screw-in diopters/eye cups etc. should work properly — it currently has a protective screw-in plastic eye cup. It has some smudges but should clean well — these are all cosmetic issues. There is also some very very minor corrosion on the battery cover that do not affect use, and the compartment is overall clean. The film advance lever is a bit bent but still very smoothly and works properly.No batteries included due to shipping, but batteries and adapters are readily available. The back can be taken off with ease, and the film photos show no light leaks. About the lens: The lens is in properly working condition with very heavy signs of use. It is a AI’d lens (by a third party) so it should now work properly on digital Nikons. The glass is mostly clear with some dust specs and maybe some tiny cleaning marks that should not affect image quality. No fungus, haze, or separation that I can see. Focus is smooth and accurate, albeit a bit dry, and aperture ring clicks nicely. Aperture blades are dry and snappy. Will include a Nikon 52mm uv filter. Filter has some minor marks but does its job in protecting the lens’ front element. About the WLF: This is a 3D printed, 3rd party, waist level finder. Everything works as it should and is a great alternative for the original WLFs. Everything in the photos are included. Please feel free to ask any questions. Lens and camera are made in Japan.
