He is soft and cuddly and has a very important job to do. His harness is removable (velcro closure) and perhaps it is made out of vinyl. The surface of the harness has some variation in tone, as seen in the last two photos. He likes to lay down (his front legs are floppy) and he is 10 inches tall, 12 inches long and 5 inches across.
