There may or may not be a back counting number on this strip. The stamp paper from this plate #P222222 Glows Hi-Brite in Longwave and glows White in Shortwave UV. The paper From P111111 is unreactive in both Longwave and Shortwave UV The strip is never hinged, is F-VF and has no flaws. The above scan is a stock scan, but the PNC you will receive will be virtually the same in quality and centering.
