There is both types of stone in this specimen. This natural gemstone combination is more rare. This natural gemstone is a form of natural Quartz Crystal. The palm Stone is smooth and polished on both sides with typical surface variations. The palm stone is 1.86" X 1.57" X .29" thick. In YOGA, "NAMASTE" is used by the instructor and the student as a greeting, it means "THE LIGHT IN ME HONORS THE LIGHT IN YOU".
