Manfrotto says that these legs can hold approx. 39 lbs. and therefore they can hold some of the heaviest cameras made when legs and column are in the closed position with this head it measures approx 40" and when the bottom legs and the center geared column is fully extended and with this head it reaches approx. 72". and you can also lower it with legs spread to approx 22 1/2" from the ground to do macro work or low level shooting. the tripod has all of its knobs and they all tighten up. and it has a built in level. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It comes with a Bogen/Manfrotto 3126 fluid video head and handle the head has a knob that controls drag and lock for left to right pan and the head has a knob that controls drag and lock for forward and back tilt. it comes with a 1/4-20 camera mounting screw and if the buyer requests I will supply a 3/8" adapter (please notify if needed), The tripod is in extremely nicecondition showing light wear on the silver portion of the legs. The head is extremely nice condition. it is great for 35mm, digital, video, movie cameras, large or medium format cameras, as well as telescopes and spotting scopes.
