There is no pocket for inserting filters, but you can make it that way by just cutting the bottom threads. A nose wire is included, but not sewn in. There are NO guarantees that you will not spread or receive germs. This mask will fit an average adult face with the elastic going around your ears. For a smaller child, the elastic, which is soft, can be tied in a knot to fit better. This listing is for ONE mask. We are a smoke free environment! 100% machine washable - do not use bleach.
