Description: This is a beautifully stunning vintage planter that will provide a gorgeous home for your water bamboo or other indoor houseplant. A mahogany wood stand is included. The butterflies are adorned with gold paint, and the rim as well. There is a rich texture to the painted design around the rim and each butterfly. 4 Koi fish are painted on the inside. This piece was sold by the New England Pottery company in the 1970's, and was made in China. Size: 9'1/2" High Base to Rim 11-3/4" Rim to Rim Diameter 14-3/4" High on Stand 7-1/4" Base Diameter 11 lbs 15 oz- weight of planter & stand together Condition: Very clean. A 3" hairline crack on the inside near the rim, and 2" on outside, only noticeable upon close inspection. Also see photos for a small paint scratch near blue butterfly. No chips or other cracks.
