The blouse is permanently pleated so it will be a body-conscious fit, not loose or flowing. It has a V neck that fastens over a keyhole opening with 2 hook-and-eye closures. The entire V neckline is trimmed in black crochet.It has 3/4 length sleeves.The pleating relaxes a few inches before the hemline, and a few inches before the ends of the sleeves, giving the bottom a ruffly look at the bottom and the sleeves a bell shape. It is 28 3/4 inches long, measured down the center-back. It is 40 inches at the bustline with pleats totally relaxed. It is40 inches at the hipline.
