Tuck Smith, a Georgia native, has been working as the frontman/songwriter for BITERS since 2009. Having lived an outsider lifestyle since childhood, Tuck found solace in listening to punk bands such as Black Flag, Dead Boys, and The Clash, as well as glam rock bands such as New York Dolls and Mott the Hoople. Following the breakup of BITERS in 2018, he debuted as a solo artist in 2020 with his new band, TUK SMITH & THE RESTLESS HEARTS, with the album Sg[What Kinda Love], but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities, including opening for Motley Crue & Def Leppard's stadium tour, were scrapped and he was dropped from the label. In 2022, he released this album, his debut album as the first artist from the new label MRG, co-founded by Marty Frederiksen (producer/composer for Aerosmith, Buckcherry, and The Struts) and Tuck's manager.
