Nothing excessive and they are very solid. Years left in these well made boots (made in the USA). Please research this item to make sure it will meet your needs. Items can be classified as: "New" - New and unopened (item may have shelf wear). "Opened box" - Contents are new in an opened box (may have been removed). "Mint" - Used item but everything looks new. "Excellent" - Used item in mostly unused condition."Great" - Prior use obvious but the prior owner took great care. "Good" - Typical use from the prior owner. "Fair" - Heavy use with excessive wear.
